Intelectuales y ciudadanos de todo el mundo ponen en marcha una campaña en defensa de la soberanía de América Latina

Lo ocurrido en la recién finalizada Cumbre Iberoamericana en Santiago de Chile testimonia que los tiempos han cambiado en América Latina. Después de siglos de crímenes y saqueo, imponiendo a sangre y fuego un orden favorable a intereses ajenos a la región, se pretendía, una vez más, argüir que la situación de pobreza, exclusión y marginalidad, en que se hallan sumidas las mayorías del continente no es responsabilidad de las antiguas metrópolis coloniales ni de la continuidad de esa dominación por las transnacionales europeas y norteamericanas.

La sublevación de verdades, desatada en las voces de líderes emergidos en procesos de refundación nacional, hizo perder el control a los representantes de una mentalidad colonial, más irritados por un discurso que reivindica la recuperación de los recursos naturales y los servicios básicos, que por las alusiones a un gobernante europeo de triste recuerdo. No nos engañemos, son los intereses mezquinos de los banqueros y accionistas que representan y no el honor de los españoles, los que conducen al líder de un partido “socialista y obrero” y a un monarca no electo a compartir la defensa del criminal de guerra José María Aznar.

Las voces de los indios, de los oprimidos, de los olvidados, han entrado definitiva y crecientemente en el escenario político iberoamericano, y ni monarcas ni neoliberales disfrazados de izquierdistas las harán callar.

Es hora de que lo entiendan para siempre quienes pretenden frenar los cambios imprescindibles en América Latina, proclamamos nuestra solidaridad con quienes los impulsan y los defienden.

What happened in the recently finalized Latin American Summit in Santiago of Chile testifies that the times have changed in Latin America.  After centuries of crimes and looting, imposing on blood and fire a favorable order to alien interests to the region, intended, once more, to dispute that the situation of poverty, exclusion and marginality, in which are found plunged the majorities of the continent is not responsibility of the old colonial metropolises neither of the continuity of that domination by the transnational Europeans and American. 

The uprising truly, untied in the voices of leaders emerged in processes of national reestablishment, caused lost the control to the representatives of a more irritated, colonial mentality by a speech that claims the recovery of the natural resources and the basic services, that by the allusions to a European ruler of sad memory.  Us do not we deceive, are the stingy interests of the bankers and shareholders that represent and not the honor of the Spanihs People, who conduct to leadership a party "socialist and working" and to a not chosen monarch to share the defense of the war criminal José María Aznar. 

The voices of the Indians, of them pressed, of them forgot, they have entered final and growing in the Latin American political setting, and neither monarchs neither neoliberal disguised of leftists they will cause they will silence them. 

It is hour that they understand it for always who they intend to brake the indispensable changes in Latin America, we proclaim our solidarity with who they prompt them and they defend them.

Ce qu'est arrivé dans le Sommet Latino-américain récemment finalisé dans Santiago de Chili témoigne que les temps ont changé en Amérique latine. Après les siècles de crimes et de pillages, imposer sur le sang et vide un ordre favorable aux intérêts étrangers à la région, projeté, une fois plus, disputer que la situation de pauvreté, l'exclusion et marginality, dans lequel ils sont trouvés ont plongé les majorités du continent ne sont pas la responsabilité des vieilles métropoles coloniales ni de la continuité de cette domination par les Européens et les Nord-Américain.

Le soulèvement véritable, délié dans les voix de dirigeants émergés dans les procédés de rétablissement national, causé a perdu le contrôle aux représentants d'une mentalité plus irritée et coloniale par un discours qui réclame le rétablissement des ressources naturelles et les services fondamentaux, cela par les allusions à un dirigeant européen de mémoire triste. Nous faisons nous ne trompons pas, sont les intérêts radins des banquiers et les actionnaires qui représente et pas l'honneur des Espagnols, qui a élu le dirigeant d'un parti « socialiste et travailleur » et à un monarque pas choisi pour partager la défense du criminel de guerre José María Aznar.

Les voix des Indiens, des opprimés, des oubliés, sont entrés finalement et grandissant dans le cadre politique Latino-américain, et ni les monarques ni neoliberal déguisés en personnes de gauche ne les feront taire.

C'est l'heure qu'ils comprennent pour toujours qu'ils projettent pour freiner les changements indispensables en Amérique latine, nous proclamons notre solidarité avec ceux qu'ils incitent et défendent.

 أميركا اللاتينية لا تصمت

ما حدث مؤخّرا في القمة الايبيرو اميركية المنتهية في سانتياغو ، شيلي يشهد أنّ الأوقات قد تغيّرت في اميركا اللاتينية.  بعد قرون من الجرائم والنهب ، وفرض نظام مواتي لفوائد غريبة عن المنطقة ، ينوى ، تكراراً ، أن يناقش أنّ حالة الفقر ، والإستثناء والتهميش، التي وجدت نفسها الأغلبية في القارّة منغمسة فيها، ليست مسؤولية القطاب القديمة المستعمرة ولا مسؤولية الإستمرار في السيطرة الدوليّة من قبل الأوروبيين والأمريكيين.

ظهور الثورة الحقيقية، المعبر عنهّ في اصوات الزعماء المنخرطون في عمليات الاستعادة الوطنيّة ، أفقد ممثلي العقلية الاستعمارية صوابهم بخطاب يدعو الى استعادة الموارد الوطنية والخدمات الاساسية، هذا بالتلميح إلى قائد أوروبي ذو ذاكرة حزينة. نحن لا نخدع ، ان المقصود هو مصالح المرابين البخلاء من اصحاب المصارف والمساهمين الذين يمثّلون وليس شرف الشعب الإسباني ، الذي أوصل زعيماً من حزب "الإشتراكيّة والعمل" ، وملك غير منتخب يشارك في الدفاع عن مجرم الحرب خوسي ماريا أزنار.

لقد انضمت نهائياً وبصورة متنامية اصوات الهنود والمقهورين والمنسيين الى العمليّة السياسية الإيبيرو اميركية، فلا ملوك ولا نيوليبراليون مقنعون باليسار يمكن ان يسكتوهم.

حان وقت أنّ يفهم، والى الأبد، من يريدون عرقلة التغييرات الحتمية في اميركا اللاتينية ، اننا نعلن تضامننا مع الذي هم يحضّونهم وهم يدافعونهم.
