Here is another day full of surprises. A visit to the web sites relating to the ministry of Cuban foreign affairs. This was a warm encounter with the complete personnel of the center. His director MR. Otto Vaillant Frías pronounced a welcoming speech by which he expressed sublimate feelings of friendship and recognition. We exchanged knowledge of technical and practical order. I was attracted especially by the humility despite the scientific knowledge that they possess, and an indescribable desire of knowledge.

I had prepared some CD ROM's for distribution to the presents but the number exceeded the foreseen, I felt difficulty. But one of the present persons has interfered saying: "does not matter we are here in community all what belongs to one belongs to all". Here I was not able to retain myself from expressing my admiration as if I confessed a reality that I seized despite the short stay: "here is your characteristic, you apply your socialism in facts not only in words and slogans.
