Comrade Wen Jiabao
Prime Minister of the Council
of State of the People’s Republic China
Dear comrades:
On the occasion of
commemorating the 45th anniversary of the
establishment of diplomatic relationships between
the Republic of Cuba and the People’s Republic of
China, I am pleased to extend to you, to the
Communist Party of China and to the people and
government of that brotherly country our warmest
and most fraternal greetings on behalf of the
people, the Communist Party and the government of
Cuba.
With deep satisfaction we see
that over these four and a half decades our
relations have been marked by close feelings of
solidarity, adherence to the ideals and principles
of socialism, and mutual support each time that
circumstances have required it.
Once again we express our
pleasure with the enormous advances realized by
China in all fields, as well as our satisfaction
with the strengthening and consolidation of our
relations in the most diverse spheres.
With fervent hopes for
prosperity, progress, health and continuous
well-being for our sister nation and for you, I
renew—dear comrades—our warmest and most fraternal
greetings.

Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and

of Ministries of the Republic of
Cuba.
